and spun like stars
spell-blown & bound
mute amidst the other myriad crepusculars

Then: we discovered
(much to our surprise)
we had been fools but now were wise,
we had been deaf --now heard!

And yet deaf fools will float
also above the Silent Sense, and WE
hearing (and wise, as well)

fell
to the slavery
of that we heard & that we thought
